Based on the Central Coast NSW, Energy Reverie is offered as a private, in-home experience.

I come to you - so your nervous system doesn’t have to push through traffic, unfamiliar spaces, or the pressure to hold it all together outside your own environment.

This work is soft, non-invasive, and deeply respectful.

Everything is guided with consent, and you are always in control.

You don’t need to prepare, perform, or arrive as your “best self.”

You can simply be as you are.

The work

Energy Reverie offers both Reiki and Sound Therapy - as sacred, grounded pathways for nervous system regulation, energetic clearing, and the cultivation of peace and stillness within the body.

Each session is guided intuitively and held with care, consent, and deep respect for your pace.

This work is gentle, non-invasive, and never rushed.

There is nothing to try and achieve - only space to soften, settle, and return to yourself.
